  5. When they feel like bringing their best friends into the same organization.

Then:

  1. Customer satisfaction.
  2. Staff retention.
  3. Low sickness.
  4. Team productivity, cost structure, profitability.

Key: dealing with the few employees who are least engaged will left the entire team up.

We need to lead by who we are.

People will follow when they trust you and sense that you know where you are going and want to go there as well.  This type of leadership produces engagement.
