How to Find and Fix the Weak Links in Your
Organization's Strategy, Structure and Culture

Our leadership workshops are for senior executives and proven to help them discover how to make leaps in growth, performance and profitability in a small group workshop to uncover:


  • The three Core Drivers effecting the success of your organization
  • Learn the 12 specific Key Components that must be addressed to improve overall performance
  • Score 35 distinct elements affecting your employees and co-workers on a daily basis

Each participant will complete an online assessment of their organization and receive their personal 25-page analysis of their organization's performance in the above critical areas.


The assessment will assist you in objectively deciding what’s most important to focus on. The assessment will summarize the Top 3 to 5 specific areas holding you back from exceptional performance.


Each participant also receives personal coaching based on your assessment results and most importantly, walks out with concrete action plans that can be executed immediately in your organization.


These assessments are not influenced by outside opinions. They are your personal evaluation based on your personal experience and observations using our professionally developed and structured tools.

The web-based assessment has been designed with practical business application in mind. The complete report features a "Leadership Performance Index" which shows the perception of your subordinates, your boss and your peers.


Your 25 page individual report will include:
